喉嚨乾熱 別再吃薄荷糖

喉嚨若有乾熱、搔癢時,吃薄荷糖反會讓喉嚨緊縮,聲音更出不來。資料照片

中醫師鄧雲立表示,有些人習慣講很多話或大聲嘶吼後,含顆薄荷糖,雖然當下感覺喉嚨涼涼好像很舒服,但卻像喝冰水般會讓喉嚨急縮,反容易發不出聲音或唱不出高音,建議若喉嚨乾熱、搔癢時,可補充溫熱開水,改善喉嚨血液循環,並可滋潤、保護乾燥聲帶。

津液不足導致

從中醫觀點來看,陰虛體質者因體內津液不足,易喉嚨乾燥、搔癢,由於熬夜、失眠會讓體內津液流失,宜保持充足睡眠、每天至少睡6~8小時;另日常多補充溫熱開水,多攝取含黏液質或水分高食物,幫助滋陰潤燥,如白木耳、杏仁、蓮藕、山藥、秋葵等,少吃燒烤、油炸、辛辣等易上火食物。


魚腥草助清熱

若是風熱型感冒引起喉嚨乾緊、發熱,加上鼻子會流透明鼻水,可取魚腥草或金銀花3克放入茶葉袋,加入500c.c.沸水沖泡,放溫後飲用,魚腥草清熱化膿、金銀花防風利濕,但若喉嚨不只乾緊且會痛,或流黃色濃稠鼻涕,最好盡快就醫。

春天易過敏 喝茶飲緩不適

春天到來,在這種乍暖還寒的時刻,由於溫差大,許多人會出現過敏情形,莊雅惠中醫師表示,除了就醫之外,其實可透過喝中藥茶飲來緩解不適,例如浮萍具有止癢功效,刺五加可抗發炎,只要簡單沖泡一下就能代茶飲用。以下茶飲做法皆相同,先將材料分為4份,每次取1份,放於保溫杯中,加250~300c.c.熱水沖泡,燜約5~10分鐘後,即可代茶飲用,可再回沖1次,1天內喝完即可。

中藥材 退火減敏

若是皮膚過敏發癢可喝退火止癢茶,先準備金線蓮、去籽紅棗各5錢,沙參1兩,浮萍2錢,適量冰糖,浮萍可止癢,金線蓮可降火氣,紅棗能補氣及促進血液循環,沙參可清肺養肝、除虛熱,冰糖則可潤肺。眼睛過敏可喝減敏明目茶,先準備刺五加、石斛各5錢,菊花3錢,刺五加不僅可抗發炎,也具有舒緩疲勞的作用;而石斛清熱生津,能滋潤眼睛;菊花可清肝明目,都有助舒緩眼睛過敏的不適。中醫認為「春主升發」,因此常會出現過敏情形,建議早睡早起、多運動,可緩減不適症狀。

春喝茶飲 調好孕

希望懷孕的夫妻可喝茶飲並搭配飲食調理體質。資料照片

春天氣候宜人,中醫觀點此季節適合懷孕。聯合醫院中醫院區中醫師陳怡如表示,人體氣血與節氣對應,春天氣血趨近平衡,西醫看法也認為,氣溫達10~22℃時,卵子品質適合懷孕。不過現代人晚婚且壓力大,有意懷孕夫婦先就醫檢查,確認雙方無器質性異常,如輸卵管阻塞、子宮內膜異位症,可喝茶飲增加懷孕機會,已在進行人工受孕者也可搭配飲用,做法皆將材料加進1000c.c.的水中,煮開後濾渣飲用,加入適量冰糖調味,1日喝500c.c.,男女皆可喝;高血壓、糖尿病等慢性病患者先諮詢中醫師後再飲用。

依體質 解鬱益氣

壓力大者可喝疏肝解鬱茶調理,配方為佛手柑10克、合歡皮10克、菊花10克、枸杞20克、去籽紅棗3顆;易勞累、頭暈的氣虛體質者,疾病與生理期外可喝健脾益氣茶補氣血,早上喝較不易影響睡眠,配方為黃耆12克、西洋參、枸杞各20克、去籽紅棗3顆。
除了喝茶飲調理體質,要避免緊張、勞累,戒除菸酒。可多補充富含鋅與維生素E的食物,如牡蠣、南瓜子、葵花油、麥芽等,維持體內荷爾蒙穩定性,增加懷孕機會;少吃冰品與寒涼性食物如橘子、香蕉、大白菜等,避免體內受寒加重氣滯血瘀不利受孕。
