對抗春睏 作息規律喝茶飲

春天易有睏倦等春睏現象。

春天人特別犯懶,中醫稱為「春睏」,中醫師鄧雲立指出,春季天氣不穩定,身體耗氣血且肝氣旺,若調適不當,易睏倦、昏沉,可多運動維持氣血暢通,以免耗損肝氣加劇疲累感,另可喝添有中藥材的茶飲助提神補氣。

荊芥 補氣排濕

中醫師鄧雲立提供3道茶飲,作法皆將材料放入茶包濾袋,以500c.c.沸水沖泡,放溫即可飲用,可反覆回沖至無味、代替開水飲用。像易感疲倦、長濕疹者,可取生黃耆15克、荊芥3克,有助補氣排濕;但有些人喝完,皮膚有發疹現象,通常幾天就會好轉。
若易睏倦、情緒易緊張者,可取七葉膽2克、肉蓯蓉3克,能舒緩情緒,但腹瀉者不宜喝;而想提神者,取菊花和石菖蒲各3克,加上約1個手指甲長度的甜菊葉泡成茶飲,有助開竅醒腦。

喉嚨乾熱 別再吃薄荷糖

喉嚨若有乾熱、搔癢時,吃薄荷糖反會讓喉嚨緊縮,聲音更出不來。資料照片

中醫師鄧雲立表示,有些人習慣講很多話或大聲嘶吼後,含顆薄荷糖,雖然當下感覺喉嚨涼涼好像很舒服,但卻像喝冰水般會讓喉嚨急縮,反容易發不出聲音或唱不出高音,建議若喉嚨乾熱、搔癢時,可補充溫熱開水,改善喉嚨血液循環,並可滋潤、保護乾燥聲帶。

津液不足導致

從中醫觀點來看,陰虛體質者因體內津液不足,易喉嚨乾燥、搔癢,由於熬夜、失眠會讓體內津液流失,宜保持充足睡眠、每天至少睡6~8小時;另日常多補充溫熱開水,多攝取含黏液質或水分高食物,幫助滋陰潤燥,如白木耳、杏仁、蓮藕、山藥、秋葵等,少吃燒烤、油炸、辛辣等易上火食物。


魚腥草助清熱

若是風熱型感冒引起喉嚨乾緊、發熱,加上鼻子會流透明鼻水,可取魚腥草或金銀花3克放入茶葉袋,加入500c.c.沸水沖泡,放溫後飲用,魚腥草清熱化膿、金銀花防風利濕,但若喉嚨不只乾緊且會痛,或流黃色濃稠鼻涕,最好盡快就醫。

春天易過敏 喝茶飲緩不適

春天到來,在這種乍暖還寒的時刻,由於溫差大,許多人會出現過敏情形,莊雅惠中醫師表示,除了就醫之外,其實可透過喝中藥茶飲來緩解不適,例如浮萍具有止癢功效,刺五加可抗發炎,只要簡單沖泡一下就能代茶飲用。以下茶飲做法皆相同,先將材料分為4份,每次取1份,放於保溫杯中,加250~300c.c.熱水沖泡,燜約5~10分鐘後,即可代茶飲用,可再回沖1次,1天內喝完即可。

中藥材 退火減敏

若是皮膚過敏發癢可喝退火止癢茶,先準備金線蓮、去籽紅棗各5錢,沙參1兩,浮萍2錢,適量冰糖,浮萍可止癢,金線蓮可降火氣,紅棗能補氣及促進血液循環,沙參可清肺養肝、除虛熱,冰糖則可潤肺。眼睛過敏可喝減敏明目茶,先準備刺五加、石斛各5錢,菊花3錢,刺五加不僅可抗發炎,也具有舒緩疲勞的作用;而石斛清熱生津,能滋潤眼睛;菊花可清肝明目,都有助舒緩眼睛過敏的不適。中醫認為「春主升發」,因此常會出現過敏情形,建議早睡早起、多運動,可緩減不適症狀。
