過勞族 把握春季養肝

多吃綠色蔬菜,可散發體內積熱。

台北醫學大學附設醫院中醫師陳玉娟表示,春天日夜溫差大,是流行性感冒高峰期,且冬天後肝氣旺盛,平時太操勞、用眼過度以及有肝病相關病史者,易此時發病,建議趁這段時間調理體質,飲食清淡並多吃綠色蔬菜,日常選擇較寬鬆衣物。另外,肝氣太過旺盛或鬱結,不僅情緒易怒,有精神科相關病史的患者也要提防病發。

綠蔬菜清熱

陳玉娟中醫師表示,民眾習慣冬季進補,吃下不少重口味、高熱量食物,進入春天後應調整為清淡飲食,並多吃綠色蔬菜,如菠菜、芹菜等,可清熱潤燥,散發體內積熱,油膩、生冷的食物如生魚片也盡量少吃,避免傷及肝脾。此外,春天萬物萌生,不適合太激烈、壓抑的生活型態,建議趁著氣候回暖多至戶外走動,並從事輕微發汗的運動,如瑜伽、騎單車、散步等;保持身體自然舒展,不宜穿塑身衣或過緊的衣褲。
陳玉娟中醫師也提醒,春天肝氣旺盛易怒,不少人常出現莫名的憂鬱與憤怒,再加上季節變換等因素,有情緒障礙病史者更容易復發,建議民眾保持心情舒暢,情緒爆發之前先想想事由,勿受環境影響情緒,也有利於肝氣的疏洩。

對抗春睏 作息規律喝茶飲

春天易有睏倦等春睏現象。

春天人特別犯懶,中醫稱為「春睏」,中醫師鄧雲立指出,春季天氣不穩定,身體耗氣血且肝氣旺,若調適不當,易睏倦、昏沉,可多運動維持氣血暢通,以免耗損肝氣加劇疲累感,另可喝添有中藥材的茶飲助提神補氣。

荊芥 補氣排濕

中醫師鄧雲立提供3道茶飲,作法皆將材料放入茶包濾袋,以500c.c.沸水沖泡,放溫即可飲用,可反覆回沖至無味、代替開水飲用。像易感疲倦、長濕疹者,可取生黃耆15克、荊芥3克,有助補氣排濕;但有些人喝完,皮膚有發疹現象,通常幾天就會好轉。
若易睏倦、情緒易緊張者,可取七葉膽2克、肉蓯蓉3克,能舒緩情緒,但腹瀉者不宜喝;而想提神者,取菊花和石菖蒲各3克,加上約1個手指甲長度的甜菊葉泡成茶飲,有助開竅醒腦。

喉嚨乾熱 別再吃薄荷糖

喉嚨若有乾熱、搔癢時,吃薄荷糖反會讓喉嚨緊縮,聲音更出不來。資料照片

中醫師鄧雲立表示,有些人習慣講很多話或大聲嘶吼後,含顆薄荷糖,雖然當下感覺喉嚨涼涼好像很舒服,但卻像喝冰水般會讓喉嚨急縮,反容易發不出聲音或唱不出高音,建議若喉嚨乾熱、搔癢時,可補充溫熱開水,改善喉嚨血液循環,並可滋潤、保護乾燥聲帶。

津液不足導致

從中醫觀點來看,陰虛體質者因體內津液不足,易喉嚨乾燥、搔癢,由於熬夜、失眠會讓體內津液流失,宜保持充足睡眠、每天至少睡6~8小時;另日常多補充溫熱開水,多攝取含黏液質或水分高食物,幫助滋陰潤燥,如白木耳、杏仁、蓮藕、山藥、秋葵等,少吃燒烤、油炸、辛辣等易上火食物。


魚腥草助清熱

若是風熱型感冒引起喉嚨乾緊、發熱,加上鼻子會流透明鼻水,可取魚腥草或金銀花3克放入茶葉袋,加入500c.c.沸水沖泡,放溫後飲用,魚腥草清熱化膿、金銀花防風利濕,但若喉嚨不只乾緊且會痛,或流黃色濃稠鼻涕,最好盡快就醫。
