喝薑湯祛寒 初期才有效

喝薑湯祛寒僅適用風寒外感型的感冒。

許多人出現感冒不適便喝薑湯驅寒,但喝錯恐難見效。日前一名吳小姐因畏寒、發熱、骨頭痠痛不適多日,自行喝薑湯緩解,部分症狀好轉,但4、5天後出現黃濁鼻涕,嗅覺下降達3日而求診。


通鼻竅 增免疫

收治該案的開業中醫師薛明芳表示,吳女經辯證屬風寒外感初起的感冒症狀,後惡化風寒化熱,即感冒引發的急性鼻竇炎,喝薑湯無法改善,僅風寒外感初期可喝薑湯,並搭配休息與保暖,縮短病程,症狀進入中後期,或風熱外感引起的感冒症狀則無療效。
治療鼻竇炎需以藥物解除外感、暢通鼻竅、重建纖毛功能並強化免疫力,也可搭配針灸治療,加速緩解鼻黏膜充血腫脹造成的不適感,並協調全身免疫,其治療目標與西醫類似,但強調增加個人免疫力,縮短鼻竇炎病程,並避免日後轉變成慢性鼻竇炎等。


按摩鼻翼兩側的迎香穴,可減緩鼻塞症狀。

按穴 自我保健

平時可自行按穴位保養,薛明芳中醫師表示,鼻塞或感覺快感冒時,可用手指從眼頭下方的鼻子兩側,向下按至迎香穴、即鼻翼兩側外一指處,於該穴輕柔按壓10次,適合清晨與睡前做,改善鼻腔循環、強化免疫力,無特殊禁忌。
