挑食膽固醇高 上班族陷壞心腸危機

上班族小心健康,健康吉美健檢中心分析9018位25~45歲上班族的健檢資料,發現上班族普遍有膽固醇過高問題,其中36~45歲異常比例增加較多,以2007年為例,36~40歲總膽固醇過高者佔27.1%、41~45歲佔25.3%,到2012年竟分別攀升至37%與41%,最多增加15.7%。另外,一份針對1038位25~45歲上班族的網路調查也顯示,8成受訪者有便祕問題,最常攝取的食物是白飯、麵等食物佔88.3%,很少吃全穀類、根莖類、豆類等纖維質高的食物。


至少一餐吃全穀

健檢中心院長楊培鎮醫師昨(16)日表示,膽固醇過高易有心血管疾病風險,纖維質不足則容易引起便祕,增加大腸癌風險,調查顯示上班族的「壞心腸」問題愈來愈嚴重。根據衛生署資料顯示,近9成國人纖維質皆攝取不足,楊培鎮醫師表示,許多人常覺得自己經常吃蔬菜,攝取的纖維質應該足夠,事實上只靠吃蔬果,實在很難達到每天25~30克膳食纖維的標準,因此衛生署才會建議至少一餐以全穀類食物為主食,這是因為全穀類富含纖維質,以燕麥為例,每100公克中就含有4.7克膳食纖維,而根莖類、豆類的纖維質也都很高,因此建議應均衡飲食,除每日5蔬果之外,也要多吃全穀類食物,攝取足夠的纖維質有助腸道暢通,可降血脂減少心血管疾病,為求方便可選燕麥奶飲品,但盡量挑選無糖、且有健康食品認證較有保障。
