清熱補氣 喝茶飲消暑氣

夏天容易曬黑皮膚,也可喝茶飲美膚。

天氣漸熱,莊雅惠中醫師表示,應多補充水分,若能加清熱、補氣藥材來沖泡茶飲,消暑又有養生功效,如西洋參可生津止渴,桂花則可美白,以下茶飲做法皆相同,先將全部材料分為4份,每次取1份藥材加250c.c.沸水沖泡,燜5~10分鐘後,待香味一出,即可代茶飲用,2天內喝完即可。



西洋參降火氣,具有消暑作用。

也具有 美膚效果

想喝茶飲消暑,先準備西洋參2錢,麥冬、去籽紅棗各5錢,菊花1.5錢,西洋參可降火氣、除煩躁、生津解渴;麥冬清熱養陰、潤肺潤腸;紅棗益氣養血;菊花清熱、解毒。此外,也可準備茉莉花、絞股藍、金線蓮、金銀花、菊花各2錢,天花粉5錢,去籽紅棗4顆,茉莉花理氣解鬱;絞股藍、金線蓮、金銀花、菊花皆可清熱;天花粉具消火止渴功效;紅棗益氣養血。
若擔心紫外線傷害皮膚,建議喝美膚補血茶,先準備太子參、百合各3錢,何首烏2錢,蜜黃精5錢,桂花1錢,太子參有生津止渴功效;百合可清熱、補中益氣;何首烏補肝腎、解毒;蜜黃精益腎補精;桂花可排除毒素,使肌膚白皙。

防癌 一天最多吃一餐紅肉

衛生署國民健康局統計,大腸癌已四度蟬聯國人癌症發生人數的第1名,主要跟食用過量紅肉、高脂低纖的飲食習慣有關;耕莘醫院癌症資源中心護理師賴慧玲建議,應控制每天只能有一餐吃紅肉,少吃加工肉品,多攝取各種顏色的蔬果,可降低罹患大腸癌風險。

世界癌症研究基金曾建議,1周紅肉別超過500克,相當於煮熟後5~6片手掌大的量,也可一天只有一餐吃紅肉如牛、豬,其他兩餐以雞、魚等白肉,或植物性蛋白質取代;此外培根、香腸等加工肉製品,多含致癌的亞硝酸,最好少吃。

彩虹蔬果抗氧化

高糖、低纖維又高脂的食物,包括飲料、蛋糕等易提高罹患大腸癌、乳癌等病風險;蔬果抗氧化能力高,可中和致癌物、消除自由基對細胞的破壞,建議蔬果攝取顏色多樣化,1份蔬菜煮熟約半碗、水果約1拳頭大。

炎夏抗浮腫 喝茶飲健脾去濕

天氣轉熱,易使人胃口不佳、下肢浮腫等,中醫師鄧雲立指出,夏季又濕又熱特性,會造成體內濕熱氣增加,若加上喜歡待冷氣房、常吃冰,易損傷脾胃,加重水分滯留並影響代謝,提醒夏天貪涼仍應節制生冷的瓜類、生菜、冰品冷飲和酒精飲料,處冷氣房也加件薄外套,平常多運動,可驅走濕熱氣,他也設計2道茶飲,有助健脾去濕。



即使天氣變熱,也別吃太多冰品、喝冷飲,以免損傷脾胃。資料照片

耆苓茶 補氣利濕

像夏天容易出現下肢浮腫者,可取黃耆10克、茯苓3克及桂枝5克,放入濾茶葉袋後,沖入300c.c.沸水、燜泡約20分鐘飲用,可反覆沖泡至無味再更換藥材,1天可沖泡3帖,可天天喝,黃耆補氣健脾、茯苓利濕、桂枝增加四肢血液循環,此道因利濕,建議白天喝較佳。


香薷扁豆 助消暑

若易感悶熱者,取香薷和白扁豆各5克放入鍋中,加入500cc.c.水大火煮滾,再轉小火續煮5分鐘,熄火後濾渣放溫飲用,香薷助發汗化濕、白扁豆健脾、化濕消暑,1天喝1杯,也建議白天喝;日常可食用紅豆湯、薏仁漿等,但薏仁偏寒性,虛寒體質以及孕婦宜避免。
