H7N9禽流感疫情持續擴大,開業中醫師莊雅惠建議,除了勿接觸禽鳥,禽類與蛋類徹底煮熟再食用外,時常往返兩岸、醫護人員與機場工作人員,還可透過穴道按摩與茶飲提升免疫力,降低感染機會。另外,過去在SARS流行期間一度引發搶購的板藍根與金銀花,號稱可增強抵抗力,但這些屬於寒性清熱的解毒藥材,單獨服用易造成體質偏寒,最好由中醫師開立處方。

補氣提升免疫

增強個人防疫,莊雅惠醫師建議可按摩膻中穴,位置在兩乳頭連線中點,每次按5秒鐘再停1秒鐘,共按2分鐘為1回合,過程同步進行深呼吸、效果更佳,每天可按1-2回,有補肺氣、止咳的效果,感冒時也可按摩,但皮膚表皮若有破損、受傷則應避免。


養血滋潤肺陰

除了靠按摩養生外,也可喝茶飲加強保健,提升免疫力,莊雅惠中醫師表示,做法皆將全部材料分為4份,每次取1份加沸水350c.c.沖泡,燜約10分鐘後過濾,可代茶飲用,但急性發炎期則不適合飲用。黃耆補肺茶材料為沙參、枸杞各5錢、黃耆3錢、粉光參、紫蘇與金銀花各1錢,有補氣養血、滋潤肺陰之效,可提升免疫力;黨參健脾茶材料為玉竹、去籽紅棗各5錢、黨參3錢、板藍根1.5錢與荊芥1錢,可益氣調血、健脾養胃並增強抵抗力。
