今天(21日)是夏至,是日照最長的一天,開業中醫師田莒昌表示,這天開始氣溫明顯升溫,是陽氣最旺盛之際,容易口乾舌燥、疲憊無力,可吃清熱食物解暑,如綠豆、苦瓜、冬瓜、空心菜與蘿蔔等;另外,夏天可別怕流汗,排汗可散發體內熱量,反而是猛吹風降溫會影響體內散發熱氣而造成陰暑,出現頭痛、咳嗽等症狀,提醒天熱應從事安靜活動,讓體溫自然下降。

喝消暑茶飲

夏天喝冰飲也易導致毛細孔收縮,降低人體散熱,越喝越燥熱,除可喝溫涼開水外,田莒昌醫師也分享生脈飲與烏梅消暑飲2道消暑配方,作法皆將材料加入2000c.c.沸水中以小火煮30分鐘,濃縮成約1000c.c.茶飲,放溫涼後再飲用,1天喝約1000c.c。生脈飲材料為人參鬚、麥冬各15克與五味子3克,喝起來帶些許酸味,怕酸者可加冰糖調味,具益氣生津、預防中暑之效。烏梅消暑飲材料為淡竹葉與西瓜皮消去綠色表層,留下白色瓜肉各30克,烏梅15克、石斛10克、蓮子心6克,可加入適量冰糖調味,具清解暑熱、養陰生津的功能。
