豆漿當開水喝 壯年男罹糖尿病

豆漿雖然有益健康,但不宜當開水般天天牛飲。

一名年約38歲壯年男性,平常重視養生,飲食也很清淡,無糖尿病或心血管疾病的病史,聽信他人說豆漿很健康,半年前開始把豆漿當開水喝,每天狂飲2000~2500c.c.豆漿,未料在近期一次健康檢查中抽血發現,糖化血色素竟高達11%、正常應在6.5%以下,被醫師診斷得糖尿病,需服藥控制。



可選擇減糖或無糖豆漿,減少糖分攝取。

飲食加服藥控制

開業營養師程涵宇表示,該名男性應是天天喝過量含糖豆漿,且都不喝開水,長期下來導致血糖持續偏高,罹患糖尿病,所幸經過飲食調整,多吃高纖且升糖指數相對低的食物,避免血糖劇烈波動,並在醫囑下服降血糖藥控制,目前終於成功把糖化血色素降到6.8%左右,也免去施打胰島素治療的命運。


選無糖 比較健康

營養師程涵宇也提醒,豆漿雖富含纖維質、維生素B群和卵磷脂等營養素,過去還曾有研究發現,有助於降低血液中的膽固醇和三酸甘油酯,不過,豆漿仍不宜過量,且盡量選擇無糖或微糖較健康,尤其是喝豆漿容易脹氣者、有乳癌或子宮肌瘤者,皆不宜過量,每天最多1~2杯、1杯約240c.c.。
