換季免疫差 癌患飲食補元氣

氣溫驟降,身體需要適應天氣,尤其對術後免疫力差的癌症患者,若調節不順易遭細菌病毒侵襲,台灣癌症基金會營養師賴怡君表示,癌症患者除了均衡飲食外,更要適時補充體力,可選擇有助提升免疫力的蔬菜當主角,如深綠蔬菜、番茄、洋蔥,像是豆類、堅果類可補充蛋白質與優質膽固醇也可多吃。

台灣癌症基金會營養師賴怡君表示,癌症患者飲食仍須以清淡均衡為主,避免吃進高脂高油高鹽食物,以免增加腸胃負擔。入冬後要暖身補元氣,常吃的火鍋可多以蔬菜當湯底,搭配菇蕈類增強免疫力,處理洋蔥或十字花科類蔬菜如花椰菜、高麗菜等較易產氣食材時可剁碎、久煮,軟化纖維質助消化,而平常也可打些蔬果汁,加入黃豆或堅果粉飲用,但記得蔬菜類要先汆燙過避免生菌殘留。
